Hmmm Concern

I am beginning to see Adam become less able to deal with things that are outside of his control or that does not meet with what he wants. For example. He just broke the belt that he was using. He likes belts with loose clothes. When I said, "No belt Adam, it is broken, he stomped his foot and went off crying." He came back in with his old tight PJ's on. This isn't going to go well...

Last week I also saw him discarding YuGiOh cards that had only the smallest imperfection. When I told him that he could not through them away, He covered them with clear tape.

I am treating this as a discipline issue, though it does not seem like the entirely correct path. But if I adress the problem and require that he act appropriately, hopefully he will begin to learn how to deal with things that go wrong or are not as he expects.
